HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Visitors applying for entrance to restricted areas of Bob’s Market and Greenhouses, Inc., Mason, WV, which is off limits to the general public, agrees that they do so at their own risk, and that if they sustain personal injury or property damage by reasons thereof, no claim for them or on their behalf will be made against Bob’s Market and Greenhouses, Inc., its divisions, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries, or any of its officers, agents, or employees. Wherefore, the undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Bob’s Market and Greenhouses, Inc., its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims or actions whatsoever arising out of or in consequence of personal injury or property damages sustained by the undersigned while in Bob’s Market and Greenhouses, Inc., Mason, WV. Further, the visitor agrees to comply with the universal code of conduct while on company premises.
TRADE SECRETS AGREEMENT
The visitor, further agrees not to divulge, use, communicate or otherwise compromise to anyone in any way any formulas, mechanical operations, or any other information which can be classified as trade secrets which may be observed in the course of visiting Bob’s Market and Greenhouse, Inc., Mason, WV. Photographic or recording equipment is allowed in the facility with the permission of the management; however, any unauthorized film or recording will be confiscated from photographic or recording equipment upon discovery of unauthorized photography or recording. Visitors will be notified when entering an area if photography is NOT permitted.
