Bob's LIVE Update - June 2023

It has been about a month since our last episode of Bob’s LIVE. As many of you know, I have been dealing with a personal issue. Don’t worry, Bob’s LIVE isn’t going anywhere. I’ve just had to stop making videos for a bit. In the meantime, I’m still writing blog and recipe posts for our weekly newsletter. Read them on our website or subscribe by email. Also, look for some fun photo contests in the coming weeks!
In the video below I harvested some cabbage that I planted all the way back in Episode 135 on March 28th. A favorite dish that my wife and I like to make is cabbage a kielbasa. Traditionally, it is made in a large pan, but that takes some time to cook the cabbage. We’re a fan of doing it in our electric pressure cooker. The whole meal takes about 30 minutes of prep time. Pair it with some Irish Soda Bread and you have a quick, filling meal made with simple ingredients.
